Domestic UK Shipping
We offer the following domestic UK shipping options

- Evri Express Tracked Shipping - £2.99 (Free over £40)
Note: Occasionally, we may dispatch parcels using an equivalent service from an alternative courier.
Please note: For some locations in Scotland and Northern Ireland we can only offer Evri Standard shipping.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Please note that express delivery orders are dispatched within the same timeframe as standard delivery; however, an express shipping service will be used.
During holidays and peak seasons, postal delays may occur. We recommend ordering in advance to avoid inconvenience.
If your order is delayed, please verify that the shipping address provided is correct. Address errors are a common cause of delays.
In cases where an item cannot be delivered, it is often returned to us. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Our operations are closed during all UK bank holidays, weekends, and public holidays. From Christmas Eve through to the New Year, we operate a limited service.
We strongly encourage ordering early during the festive season to account for potential postal delays. In recent years, significant delays have occurred due to staffing shortages and unprecedented demand for online shopping.
